Custom Online Consultation

The Custom Online Consultation Package is a now offered as an ongoing Free Service with an initial $150.00 monthly payment for the herbal treatment regimen created by a Heaven and Earth CMHC Herbalist with a $110 follow-up charge per the next two, consecutive, months to cover the customized herbal regimen. Please be very clear that this is a total of a three month commitment process. After three months of progress we will re-evaluate your patterns in which you may choose to continue the process of working with us and having us continue to send you formulas through our Auto-Ship program.

The initial payment will be processed upon ordering the Online Consultation Package service. The $150.00 charge will all be applied to your initial herbal formula regimen, an herbal cooking pot and S&H. Once you've signed up and have been charged your Heaven and Earth CMHC account will be upgraded and you will receive email instructions on how to access the Online Consultation Form. Please allow about a week for an herbalist to review your pictures and Online Consultation Form. The review may happen quicker. Note--you will also have to send us specific pictures listed in the instructional email to complete the consultation process.

Our Online Consultation Form has been created to give the Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner, a highly detailed and in-depth view of your bodies’ unique internal processes. The online interview will ask you to report the quality of your health involving every aspect of your body including problems such as red eyes, light-sensitivity, heart palpitations and reduced blood circulation. With each question there is a space provided for you to include your own thoughts and to add extra helpful information. This format can also be used to help a loved one, friend and even your dog in getting personal Chinese Herbal assistance.

This is a detailed and in-depth form that you fill out online. Once you submit the form we will take the necessary amount of time to assess your unique Traditional Chinese Medicine patterns and research any information as required. You will then be personally contacted by your practitioner to review the results of your Online Consultation and the suggested course of action. We will also require a few pictures of your tongue [top and underside] and a full face and body shot. At the end of three months we will require a set of follow-up pictures to assess changes and possibly make changes in your formula if you wish to continue the program.

With all of the information gathered during the Online Consultation we can connect your major health concerns with the root patterns of disharmony originating from your internal organ systems. Taking into consideration your unique, individual make-up we will create three personalized, raw formulas for you to cook and drink specifically for your needs at the present time.
